Published maximum speed 57 kts and flaps-up stall 27 kts may conflict with Part 103 55-knot max level-flight and 24-knot power-off stall limits depending on configuration (flaps-max stall listed 24 kts). Actual eligibility depends on the finished aircraft meeting 14 CFR Part 103 limits (not independently verified here).
