Privacy
You can read the public pages without an account. Site administration is a separate sign-in used by the operator to review submissions and publish records. Signing in is not a membership.
Messages
The contact form stores the email address you enter, the topic you choose, your message, an optional name, and an optional page reference. The operator reads those messages in site administration. The site does not send an automatic reply and does not promise a response time.
The form includes a company field that is hidden from normal use and skipped by keyboard navigation. It is an automated-submission check. If it is filled in, the message is discarded and is not stored.
Hangar listings
A listing submission stores a private name and email so the operator can review it. Those are not placed on the public listing. The public listing can include the airport and location, hangar type, dimensions, asking rent you supply, description, and the public email or phone you designate. At least one public email or phone is required. A listing stays unpublished until the operator publishes it, and only after the submission acknowledgments are recorded.
Unpublished listings, private contact details, contact messages, and moderation notes are not shown on the public pages.
How long records are kept
Messages and listings are kept until the operator removes them. There is no automatic deletion schedule. To ask for a correction or removal, use About & Contact and include the page or listing reference.
What this site does not add
The public pages do not include a checkout or a paid-advertising placement. This notice does not name a database vendor or claim a particular privacy-law certification. The operator can confirm the hosting arrangement separately.
