Part 103 eligibility
Manufacturer (AVI) states Swan 120 was designed to comply with FAR Part 103 in the USA and is sold as Swan 103 for the U.S. market; swan103.com cautions that naming alone does not confer eligibility—the finished vehicle as equipped must meet 14 CFR Part 103 limits (not independently verified here). Note: AVI lists a 28 L (~7.4 U.S. gal) tank on the European Swan 120 page — Part 103 fuel-capacity limit is 5 U.S. gal unless a U.S.-limited tank is fitted.
