Part 103 eligibility

Manufacturer historically and currently markets Ultra as a FAR Part 103–eligible single-seat ultralight when as-built empty weight, fuel (5 gal tank listed on archived Ultra page), and other Part 103 limits are met. Actual eligibility depends on the finished aircraft meeting 14 CFR Part 103 limits (not independently verified here). Separate from Hawk Classic (~heavier), Arrow, Sport, Plus, and two-seat Hawks.
