Part 103 eligibility

Manufacturer page lists empty weight 254 lb. No explicit “Part 103” / “FAR 103” claim on the mitchellwings.com text retrieved. Published top speed 73 mph and stall 28 mph may conflict with Part 103 55-knot max level-flight and 24-knot power-off stall limits depending on configuration. Historical A-10B “basic” variants were marketed as Part 103–stripped; do not assume A-10D eligibility from empty weight alone. Actual eligibility depends on the finished aircraft meeting 14 CFR Part 103 limits (not independently verified here). Separate from T-10D (two-seat) and wood B-10/U-2 plans lines.
