Current manufacturer catalog page states the aircraft is for pilots who want to fly within FAA Part 103 Ultra-Light regulations and lists “P103 compliant, no license required,” with a 5 gallon fuel tank and single seat. Actual eligibility depends on the finished aircraft meeting 14 CFR Part 103 limits (not independently verified here). Separate from other Six Chuter multi-place / non–P3 Lite models.
